[Merge] ~utkarsh/livecd-rootfs/+git/livecd-rootfs:drop-more-packages into livecd-rootfs:ubuntu/master

Ideally, I'd like to trim a bunch of things out of livecd-rootfs but I don't wanna enter someone else's territory whilst doing that. What I mean is, I think it also affects ubuntu-server, which indeed uses the SERVER as the BASE_SEED. It's a different thing that BASE_SEED is an old story now but those trimming down of packages should still be relevant for ubuntu-server at least, just not for ubuntu-cpc, with the move to the new seed.

So I don't want to preemptively drop it and stun other people, heh.
