[Bug 2029284] [NEW] Please bootstrap libdbusmenu on i386

Public bug reported:

ibus 1.5.29~beta1-1 includes two new packages in Build-Depends:

* libdbusmenu-glib-dev
* libdbusmenu-gtk3-dev

That also means run time dependencies on related libraries. However,
libdbusmenu is currently not built on i386 in Ubuntu.

ibus is present on i386 in Ubuntu, so to make it possible to keep being
so, I ask ~ubuntu-archive to please take the necessary steps.
