I've ensured that contents of the metapackages don't change after running the ./update script (pointing to my branch, et al).

The only change it shows it dropping telnet from:
	modified:   standard-recommends-amd64
	modified:   standard-recommends-arm64
	modified:   standard-recommends-armhf
	modified:   standard-recommends-ppc64el
	modified:   standard-recommends-riscv64
	modified:   standard-recommends-s390x

...which has nothing to do with my change. This was also there before my change, too.
