Dan Bungert has proposed merging ~dbungert/livecd-rootfs:core20-journald-compat-again into livecd-rootfs:ubuntu/master.

Commit message:
Revert "zstd is ok for reading the journal from core22"

Reintroduce core20 compatibility for journald settings, by again setting                                              
Compress=false.
