Review: Needs Fixing

In the "Ubuntu Pro" tab, in the bottom part, expanding the "Only recommended to assist..." part two buttons do appear: "Enable FIPS", which is disabled and, thus, can't be pressed, and "Enable USG", which is enabled. Pressing the later does nothing.
