Review: Approve ...with small modifications

As this is just string changes, this looks good contentwise. However, this change *does* break unit tests - python3 test_pycodestyle.py is now failing due to:

update-notifier/tests/../data/apt_check.py:211:80: E501 line too long (83 > 79 characters)
update-notifier/tests/../data/apt_check.py:215:80: E501 line too long (83 > 79 characters)

...but I'll merge it and adjust the strings to pass the tests.
