armhf comment in the code:

generic doesn't mention the size increase in the commit message, comment in the code is:
> # bump to 3.5G (3584*1024**2), due to linux-generic instead of virtual

So no real explanation of why the particular size of 3.5GB was chosen.

I've amended the commit message to mention that amd64 size was chosen to match other arches.
