"It happens infrequently" is a terrible rationale if it's not on anyone's
radar to make sure livecd-rootfs gets updated when it does!

Which is a wishlist request to the Launchpad team to rearchitect their
infrastructure, so doesn't help us

Addressing this would be my preference - or else, having snapd-preseed
