[Merge] ~xypron/livecd-rootfs:umount into livecd-rootfs:ubuntu/master

Heinrich Schuchardt has proposed merging ~xypron/livecd-rootfs:umount into livecd-rootfs:ubuntu/master.

Commit message:
functions: fix unmounting for local builds

When building locally using the auto/build script unmounting fails.
Instead of mounting /dev/pts per bind mount the devpts file system
directly.
