Thanks Felipe. Merging these with a couple recommendations for the future.

For releases like wallaby that correspond to an EOL ubuntu series (hirsute), we add the ~cloud0 suffix ourselves in d/changelog. Also it's good do a pull-uca-source to compare the uca version with the git source version to make sure we have everything in the git source package. This just resulted in merging the following from the changelog which just cleans things up.

+nova (3:23.1.0-0ubuntu1~cloud0) focal-wallaby; urgency=medium
