[Merge] ~jibel/livecd-rootfs:ubuntu-wsl into livecd-rootfs:ubuntu/master

This change LGTM. I built an image using ubuntu-bartender and everything looked fine.

HOWEVER, I am worried about deleting "live-build/ubuntu-cpc/hooks.d/base/wsl.binary" at this point. CPC builds WSL images along with other images on LP, removing this hook now would make all our image builds fail.

Could you please not remove this file and wait for CPC to have split the pipelines? Then we (CPC) would take care of removing this hook.
