Update:
<dbungert> We merged the change by the time you searched for it :)
<dbungert> I opened 3 PRs total, all are merged, so I think Installers are no longer a reason to keep ntfs-3g in server-minimal.

There was no other negative/positive feedback.
With that I think we can land the server-minimal portion of this to kinetic and consider this PR (partially) merged then.
