The proposal to merge ~toabctl/livecd-rootfs:master-cpc-dont-modify-sshd_config into livecd-rootfs:ubuntu/master has been updated.

I did a local test build with:

$ ./scripts/ubuntu-bartender/ubuntu-bartender --hook-extras-dir /home/tom/devel/canonical/cloudware/cpc_packaging.extra/ --livecd-rootfs-dir /home/tom/devel/livecd-rootfs/ --  --series kinetic --project ubuntu-cpc --image-target ec2

Mounting the built image has:

# ucfq openssh-server
Configuration file                            Package             Exists Changed
/etc/ssh/sshd_config                          openssh-server      Yes     No

# cat /etc/ssh/sshd_config.d/10-cloudimg-settings.conf 
PasswordAuthentication no
