Lukas Märdian has proposed merging ~slyon/network-manager:netplan-integration into network-manager:ubuntu/master.

Commit message:
Initial steps of improving the integration between NetworkManager and netplan, by linking NM against libnetplan and making sure corresponding netplan YAML connections are deleted whenever they are deleted via NetworkManager (nmcli/nm-applet/D-Bus API/...). Also, whenever a connection that was originally rendered by netplan is edited via NetworkManager, it will be deleted from netplan YAML and NM will take control over it, so we won't have two conflicting connection profiles.

NetworkManager keeps full control of its connections at all times.
Netplan patches are managed via git-buildpackage patch-queue (Using "Gbp-Pq: Topic netplan")
