Paride, I just replaced the installer.squashfs win the latest daily with:

time sudo PYTHONPATH=~/src/livefs-editor python3 -m livefs_edit ~/isos/focal/focal-live-server-amd64.iso ~/isos/test.iso --cp ~/Downloads/livecd.ubuntu-server.installer.squashfs new/iso/casper/installer.squashfs

The resulting iso boots fine, so I'm going to merge this.
