Debug symbols for Kubuntu Backports ?

Are there debug symbols packages available for Kubuntu Backports
repository [1]?

I have 'dolphin' (4:21.08.3-0ubuntu1~ubuntu21.10~ppa1) installed from
Kubuntu Backports repository,
but when I try to install 'dolphin-dbgsym' only an older version from
ddebs.ubuntu.com is available (4:21.08.1-1ubuntu1).
