Hello,

This MP promotes bin:systemd-container (from src:systemd) to main in Bionic. It has been in main from Focal onward.

This has been discussed in LP: #1152187 (cf: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/systemd/+bug/1152187/comments/19 onward for this case).

It has been ACK'ed from both, MIR & Security teams and thus this MP.

Reason for this change: this package is to be included in the Google cloud images the public cloud team builds, going back to Bionic. As cloud images are to ship only packages from main, this request is to see that happen.
