Michael Hudson-Doyle has proposed merging ~mwhudson/livecd-rootfs/+git/livecd-rootfs:remove-1893818-workaround into livecd-rootfs:ubuntu/master.

Commit message:
remove the workaround for bug #1893818

subiquity now contains a version of curtin that can cope with the
partition nodes for a multipathed disk going away
