[Bug 1914404] [NEW] Large "Pinyin" icon in the Input Method selection for Fcitx

Public bug reported:

When I select the input method using Fcitx5, the "Pinyin" icon is
unnaturally large, compared to the "keyboard" icon, and not resized
properly. As seen in the following screenshot.

author of Fcitx5 reports that under KDE, the icon gets resized properly,
and he says the bug is in `dbusmenu-gtk`.
