[Merge] ~xnox/livecd-rootfs:x86-64-v2 into livecd-rootfs:ubuntu/master

Dimitri John Ledkov has proposed merging ~xnox/livecd-rootfs:x86-64-v2 into livecd-rootfs:ubuntu/master.

Commit message:
When building images against x86_64-v2 by-default toolchain PPA, also enable the -v2 rebuild-test archive.

Currently rebuild-test archive is unsigned, hence it is trusted=yes.
