This is a replacement of the rejected SRU 0.100-0ubuntu4~20.04.1 (rejected because of skipping previously working tests on riscv64), therefore I copied the previous changelog and only appended one more line.

I opted to use a new version 0.100-0ubuntu4~20.04.2, to avoid conflicts with the current git-buildpackage tags (e.g. debian/0.100-0ubuntu4_20.04.1).

I re-enabled build time unit-tests on riscv64 and patched the testsuite to skip only some of the new OVS tests, so this isn't a regression anymore.

The build (+ unit-tests) passend in Bileto on riscv64 and all other architectures.
