+ Install gnome-panel (which installs gnome-flashback among else), use
+ Finnish for language, check eg desktop and "Järjestelmätyökalut"
+ submenu.

+ There is eg Home, Administration, Preferences visible. With the fix,

+ Low, it's a no-change rebuild otherwise. I've also checked from build
