If I'm viewing the list of available updates for packages, and I want to find out the
exact name of a package, then I can select Changes tab from under Technical description.
Loading the changes list is sometimes slow and the list doesn't contain much useful information
except the package name. The Description tab however contains useful information, but not
the package name. This patch adds the name of the package to the description tab, so that
the user does not have to switch between the Changes and the Description tabs only to find the exact name.
