[Merge] ~paelzer/ubuntu-seeds/+git/platform:blacklist-has-no-effect into ~ubuntu-core-dev/ubuntu-seeds/+git/platform:groovy

While on other bits that we looked into recently we often found the --arch to be important to understand what was going on - in this case a run for amd64 isn't much different. Dropping the p/blacklist has no visible effect - this comparison is imperfect due to bug 1895106 but at least nothing obvious on amd64 showed what effect the blacklist on platform.git has.
