The proposal to merge ~chad.smith/update-notifier:cleanup/translations-livepatch-and-crash into update-notifier:master has been updated.

Commit message changed to:

Fix running debconf-updatepo on master for utf-8 based translations.

Add [encoding: UTF-8]  prefix to POTFILES.in definitions for livepatch*c and crash.c.

Add src/system-crash.c to POTFILES.in so it gets translation entries too.
