[Merge] livecd-rootfs:raspi-desktop-1 into livecd-rootfs:ubuntu/master

The proposal to merge livecd-rootfs:raspi-desktop-1 into livecd-rootfs:ubuntu/master has been updated.

Description changed to:

First batch of changes for raspi desktop.

I'm still not sure if this results in a bootable image, but at least the rootfs and image seem to be building to some extent. I'll continue testing. Let's not merge it just yet, but I think we're close. Feel free to review already.
