[Bug 1898596] [NEW] Elisa and jackmixer in the wrong submenus

Elisa should be in the Media Playback submenu but is instead found in Audio Production.
Jackmixer shows up in both Media Playback and Audio Production -> Mixer and Card Control but jack mixer should only be in Audio Production -> Mixers and Card Control
