The proposal to merge ~codyshepherd/livecd-rootfs/+git/livecd-rootfs:buildd-create-tarball-manifests into livecd-rootfs:ubuntu/master has been updated.

Description changed to:

The ubuntu-base.manifest does not accurately reflect the contents of any of the buildd artifacts, including the bootable .img or the rootfs/lxd tarballs. Having manifests for the tarballs would allow us to publish them and be able to track their contents accurately.

I've tested these changes by running a livefs build with these changes included via a ppa, and verified that the manifests were produced, and possessed the correct contents.
