The proposal to merge livecd-rootfs:xnox/lp-uc20-8gb into livecd-rootfs:ubuntu/master has been updated.

Commit message changed to:

Bump only the UC20 pc image size to 8GB, and keep the rest images as small as possible. LP: #1875430
