[Bug 1869552] [NEW] Audio Production menu clogged by lsp-plugins >=1.1.14

lsp-plugins >=1.1.14 contains a new set of .desktop files for each of
its standalone jack client plugins. Unfortunately, this cloggs-up the
Audio Production menu with every entry. A new submenu will have to be
created to handle these plugins.
