Dimitri John Ledkov has proposed merging ~xnox/ubuntu-seeds/+git/ubuntustudio:fix-kernel-tasks into ~ubuntustudio-dev/ubuntu-seeds/+git/ubuntustudio:groovy.

Commit message:
ubuntustudio-default-settings recommends linux-lowlatency thus breaking ubuntustudio focal image building.

Same applies in groovy.

focal has shipped and release pocket has broken tasks, but at least this should unbreak groovy tasks in the release pocket.
