Suppresses some error messages relating to couriertls.  These don't actually represent errors in logwatch, nor in courier itself, but rather are caused by misconfigured email clients trying to connect without proper TLS or SSL credentials or certificates.

This is probably a fairly minor issue, but it has been on the server-next queue for some time so worth addressing now that it's fully understood.  I don't think it's going to be worth an SRU but will add SRU details anyway.
