Okay, so it looks like I have already pushed to ~ubuntu-core-dev systemd, and proposed to lp:ubuntu/+source/systemd:ubuntu/devel... and that wouldn't work. @ddstreet told me that ~ubuntu-core-dev is already the place where it should be for the next systemd version, I'll just cancel this merge request but keep explanations/history.

@ddstreet, feel free to drop/force push the commits as your "review" if you'd like.
