Dimitri spotted that our delta drops the nut-powerman-pdu binary package because it b-d on libpowerman0-dev which is in universe. Since this is not an issue anymore these days (we can pull b-d from universe and ship this binary via universe as well), I am re-introducing this binary package.

Here is the PPA (it built fine in all architectures):
