4. cd ubuntu-release-upgrader/DistUpgrade/
5. ./build-tarball.sh
6. cd ..
7. apply: https://pastebin.ubuntu.com/p/vKvsS4p9H7/
   (point your file:// to the tarball from step 5)
8. ./do-release-upgrade -d
