[Bug 1907275] [NEW] GNOME Flashback 3.36.5 SRU

This is a tracking bug for GNOME Flashback 3.36.5 upload to Focal.

Here is upstream diff and list of commits between 3.36.4 and 3.36.5:

The only changes in the new release are:

- Get session path from logind manager. This is tracked in bug 1894213.
Please see that bug for description, test case and what problems could
occur.

- Added/updated translations: Russian, Ukrainian, Dutch, Hungarian,
Finnish. The Finnish translation was already added to our package as a
patch. The Russian translation was added by me with minor fixes by
upstream reviewer. I will also test the Ukrainian one when verifying
this bug.

These changes are already present in 3.38.0 release which is available
in Groovy and Hirsute.
