A week has passed and we got some positive feedback in the discourse thread in response to the language-selector upload in groovy. Completing it with merging this MR, and promoting fonts-noto-core and fonts-noto-ui-core to main, is a next natural step.

As regards focal, language-selector and fonts-noto (the rebuild) are in the SRU queue. It will likely take a few weeks before they are in -updates, so I suppose we'd better wait a bit with the seed/promote step for focal.
