[Merge] ~rafaeldtinoco/ubuntu-seeds/+git/platform:groovy into ~ubuntu-core-dev/ubuntu-seeds/+git/platform:groovy

Well I wasn't sure if I should put all others to keep a reference why they were put there. Thinking more about this now, germinate will have a "why" column in the table, specifying why python3-configshell-fb and others were dragged into main.. so I think having just targetcli-fb is okay.

I'm fixing this and pushing it then...
