** Changed in: gnome-software (Ubuntu Bionic)

- If you install any application using GNOME Software (Ubuntu Software),
- the newly installed application is not displayed on the "Installed" tab.
- It starts showing after the next system reboot.

- Steps to Reproduce:
- 1. Find any application that is not installed and install it.
- 2. Switch to the "Installed" tab and try to find the newly installed application.
+ [Test Case]
+ 1. Open GNOME Software
+ 2. Go to installed tab
+ 3. Click on an installed app
+ 4. Remove this app
+ 5. Install this app
+ 6. Click back button to return to installation page.
+
+ Expected result:
+ App shows on page.
+
+ Observed result:
+ App does not show on page.
+
+ [Regression Potential]
+ Change is small, and just fixes and ordering issue. Unlikely to trigger other major issues.
