Dimitri John Ledkov has proposed merging ~xnox/livecd-rootfs:fix-serial-subiquity into livecd-rootfs:ubuntu/master.

Commit message:
Make serial-subiquity@ use the same codepath as tty1 subiquity.

Such that subiquity runs in the correct environment.
