[Bug 1833383] [NEW] Support bamfdaemon respawn not only for upstart

Public bug reported:

I use plank in xfce under gentoo. Sometimes bamfdaemon is killed due to
"General protection fault" (need help debugging it), but doesn't
restart. It only does so when plank is closed and started again.

This is doable just by wrapping command in else block into loop:

else
  while true
  do
    /usr/libexec/bamf/bamfdaemon
  done
fi
