I have confirmed that version 5.57.0-0ubuntu1~ubuntu19.04~ppa1 of
libkf5globalaccel5 is faulty, however, version 5.58 has the issue
resolved that causes frequent crashing. I myself have reverted to 5.56
which "shipped" with ubuntu and experience no problems. The following
link confirms this.
