[Merge] ~ddstreet/ubuntu-dev-tools/+git/ubuntu-dev-tools:pull-pkg into ubuntu-dev-tools:master

Well, it took over 9 months for me to get that offer on the initial code changes...and I update this codebase regularly, as you can see from the git log (https://code.launchpad.net/~ddstreet/ubuntu-dev-tools/+git/ubuntu-dev-tools/+ref/fork).

If you merge now (without review), what should I do for all my future changes?  Submit new MR for each update?

Perhaps it would be best if I just push all of this, and future updates, to the ubuntu-dev-tools git repo myself, so I can maintain it?
