PROBLEM: network-manager-1.2.6-0ubuntu0.16.04.2 ( to vanish  / takes a
long time to disconnect )

Hello friends!
Apport has not detected, but I want to report this.
It turns out that the Network-manager after I made update is taking time to stop (disconnect). And it turns off in the background in GRUB.

Another problem is that the Network-manager indicator disappears from
the system when I restart Ubuntu.

Remember that I am always updating my Ubuntu 16.04 Lts.
Memory: 1.9 Gib
Processor: intel Core 2 Duo
Graphics: intel G33
System type: 64 bit
Disk: 249 GB
