[Merge] lp:~3v1n0/unity/tests-split-and-cleanup into lp:unity

Marco Trevisan (Treviño) has proposed merging lp:~3v1n0/unity/tests-split-and-cleanup into lp:unity with lp:~azzar1/unity/fix-gcc7 as a prerequisite.

Commit message:
Tests: split unit tests in single binaries, enable unstable tests

Use CMake foo, for getting the best for running tests in single mode
and generating smart targets for them
