Update pull-lp-source to lookup a package's source name from its binary name.  This allows users to specify either the source or binary package name when using pull-lp-source.  Since users interact mainly with binary packages (e.g. via apt), it's very useful to be able to specify a binary package name to pull-lp-source and have it correctly pull the source package.
