This merge proposal finalises the MATE profile for Compiz base on testing feedback from the Ubuntu MATE community. We'd really like to land this in time for 17.10 Alpha 1.

  * Make the Application Switcher faster and easier to use.
  * Drop Show Mouse, since it is built in to MATE itself.
  * Add Super+L keybinding to the advertised keybinding in indicator-session works.
