[Merge] lp:~phablet-team/lxc-android-config/remove-media-hub-override into lp:lxc-android-config

The proposal to merge lp:~phablet-team/lxc-android-config/remove-media-hub-override into lp:lxc-android-config has been updated.

Description changed to:

Remove media-hub.override, which is no longer needed.
Latest media-hub is able to detect dynamically the sinks to use.
