Review: Needs Fixing

Love your verbose explanation in the MP, but you can make the changelog entries terse. One thing it certainly doesn't need is the verification. Something like "Bumped build-dep version of KF5Kirigami" or somewhat is probably best.

Also, you need to fix the merge conflict indicated by those greater than/less than symbols. Just like Merge Fixes on KCI.
