[Bug 1739469] [NEW] FTBFS in bionic

A rebuild of trust-store for the new boost ABI fails in bionic:

/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lpthreads
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status

If anyone cares about this package for bionic, they will need to resolve
this.  Otherwise, the build-dependency from pulseaudio to trust-store
should be dropped and trust-store should be removed from the archive.
